Jennifer White

Chief Executive Officer, CEO |

Jennifer genuinely enjoys helping B2B Clients solve their lingering problems with Analytical, yet Creative and Innovative Solutions. She has a passion for helping Teams transform their Businesses with Quality, Service, and Delivery standards to achieve higher profits. Also, she has mastered creating efficient Processes while increasing visibility in Performance Optimization through Data. Jennifer has found a unique ability to connect analytical ingenuity to Leadership and People while also linking Data and Technology. Over the last decade-plus, she has supported various Projects in the Manufacturing, Operations, Business Process, and Supply Chain functions. Jennifer has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and holds an MBA in General Management from Troy University Atlanta.

 
 
 

Marcus White

An Engineer by training, Marcus takes pride in guiding Organizations back to the fundamental concepts that foster Organic Growth. Early into his career, he found a strong passion and foundation in the art of Continuous Improvement. He Authentically understands the fundamental need of strengthening the bonds between a Company’s Vision and their Customer’s expectations. He is an exemplary Leader with a track record of obtaining well over $20 million in Operating savings in both Infrastructure and First Pass Yield initiatives. His strong belief in Closing The Questic Gap between where your current capabilities are and where you Envision yourself tomorrow is heavily rooted in your ability to mentally construct a Positive Ideal. Marcus is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and he holds degrees in Engineering Technology and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Marcus believes that “an Organization that chooses to push forwards without the buy-in and cohesiveness of its People cannot make the journey”.

 
 
 
 

Antoria Guerrier

Antoria Guerrier is an Alabama native who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. She currently serves as the President of The Arnold Group Company (Atlanta, GA), a residential real estate firm focusing on providing affordable housing to underserved Communities. Mrs. Guerrier founded The Arnold Group in 2004 and has recently resolved to turn her passion/hobby for helping people into a full-time Opportunity leveraging more than 16 years of experience as a real estate professional and strong Business acumen obtained throughout her successful career in corporate America. This knowledge, coupled with her undergraduate degree in Engineering, has provided Antoria with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate Data and Analytics, Planning, Organizing, Budget Management, and finding Solutions for her Clients.

 
 
 

Dinora Ramirez

Dinora holds a Human Services BS in Health Systems Management, minor in Public Health from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has over eight years of Customer Service experience which has granted her the ability to maintain her People Centric nature while refining her Strategic Organizational skills. Thus, ensuring Efficiency and Effectiveness of Operational Systems in Data Entry Reports, Inventory Track Processes via Input and Output.

She is devoted to Operational Excellence and Transformation through the virtues of Integrity, Leadership Development, and Value Creation for ample Performance Improvement.
