Project Management
Promote and Lead Project Teams through The MJW Group Project Life Cycle. You’ll be a leader in a fast-paced, growing environment where multiple initiatives are being executed and worked on at one time.
Develop Project Plans and Execution work paths.
Lead Live Ideation and Project Sessions.
Define required Project Artifacts and Deliverables for phases of assigned Client Projects.
Assist The MJW Group in auditing Customers' Operations and infrastructure for establishing Business Best Practices.
Create and Assist in the documentation of Customers' Current State of Business.
Create and Assist in the documentation of Customers' Future State of Business.
Documented process (story line) for Client Projects: Current State, Gap Analysis, Future State, and Comparative Analyses (Build, Buy, Augmentation).
Ability to communicate to Clients through our Team’s internal Business infrastructure-Phone, Email, Zoom, ClickUp and Slack.
Provide proactive communication to the Team when timelines, tasks, and Projects are falling behind schedule.
Support as requested, Strategic Business Operations and Infrastructure Advisory (SBOIA) Program Client Engagements from Strategy through Delivery.
Provide Leadership that mirrors the Mission and Core Values of The MJW Group.
Foster a professional, accountable environment within The MJW Group, while also maintaining the Transparent Culture we’ve created with our Team.
Engagement Architecture
Performs Data Analyses to nurture Transparency, Cohesiveness, and Good Will.
Leverage Research and Development to infuse Opportunities with enhanced perspectives on how to approach Projects.
Ensure that Data models are kept current, accurate, and clean with available information.
Ensure that the appropriate Continuous Improvements platform is administered to Projects.
Design and facilitate Measurement Systems based on Fit-Form-Function.
Performs Gage R & R studies.
Capture The Intra Company and Client Business Operation Infrastructure through Process Mapping and Modeling.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Sessions.
Develop and Maintain Client Metrics and KPIs.
Assist as needed in research and studies to support Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE).
Presentation and Reporting
Capture and document User Stories/Pain Points.
Present Project Progress reports as needed.
Present findings from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Sessions.
Develop Project presentations and Tollgate Reports.
Ensure System Configuration Reports are made readily available where appropriate.
Senior Level
Responsible for ensuring Team Members’ work/deliverables and your own work/deliverables are aligned and completed with respect to assigned Project/Tasks timelines and due dates (Including Business Analysts And Other Direct Reports/Dotted Line Reports)
Associate Level
Requires A Project Management, Change Management, Or Organizational Change Management Certification To Promote To A Higher Level.
