The Problem Definition

The Client needed support and expertise to implement a new PPM framework (9 Phases) so that the IT and Business Teams could follow.  The goal was to assign the appropriate Project Managers and IT Team Leaders to current Project information located in Excel in a new Project Lifecycle framework. Then, migrate into Asana and integrate with Jira.

  • Consolidate Top 30 Projects into PPM framework (Tiers, Phases, Statuses)

  • Populate Data into Asana and Configure Views

  • Develop Templates, Rules, Reporting and Workflows in Asana

  • Developed Intake Process model into an Asana template

  • Developed 3-Tiered Project Workflow and minimum viable deliverable set

  • Conducted demo(s) with the Client

  • Created Reporting Dashboards in Asana with various views of Project Status, Tier, and Phase
