Special Projects Coordinator

Project Management

  • Manage the Weekly Priority Cadence for the Team to ensure that timelines, tasks, and Projects are completed on time to hit our objectives and goals with Clients and Internal Team.  You’ll be a Leader in a fast-paced, growing environment where multiple initiatives are being executed and worked on at one time.

  • Ability to communicate to Clients through our Team’s internal business infrastructure-Phone, Email, Zoom, ClickUp and Slack.

  • Provide proactive communication to the Team when timelines, tasks, and Projects are falling behind schedule.

  • Strategically enhance the experience for both Team Members and Clients while partaking in the Strategic Business Operations and Infrastructure Advisory (SBOIA) Program.

    • Align appropriate tools to engagements based on Fit-Form-Function.

    • Request or escalate the inclusion of resources based on Fit-Form-Function.

    • Ensure that Client Change Requests are monitored and tracked within our Client Support Help Desk.

  • Provide Leadership that mirrors the Mission and Core Values of The MJW Group.  

  • Foster a professional, accountable environment within The MJW Group, while also maintaining the Transparent Culture we’ve created with our Team.

Content Management

  • Consult with Internal and External Teams on website presentation.

  • Keep website(s) and landing pages updated.

Lead Generation

  • Performs and analyzes market research regarding Technographics, Infographics, and Consumer Reports for future business development.

  • Generates leads for new business opportunities.

  • Manages the leads database.

  • Actively generates positive acquisition of sales funnels through nurturing practices: including email communications, social media platforms, and networking events.

  • Uses social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn & Facebook) to create visibility for the Enterprise and Project Leaders. 

  • Creates strategic marketing content (i.e. graphics, newsletters) for new business generation as required.

  • Facilitate the constant strategic influx of Verified Leads for the Strategic Business Operations and Infrastructure Advisory (SBOIA) Program from inception up through closing.

Recruiting Internal Team and Client Facing

  • Measures the ROI for supporting the hiring and recruiting of Team Members.

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the Recruitment Process.

  • Collaborates with Department Managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate Focus Descriptions (The MJW Group) / Job Descriptions (Clients) and hiring criteria.

  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of an Organization.

  • Assists with job postings and advertisement Processes.

  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

  • Collaborates with the Leadership Team and/or other Human Resource Staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

  • Performs Research & Development regarding defining roles and responsibilities for Team Members.

  • Ideate capacity planning for Client Services.

  • SME for Client Success Management and Programs.

Editing/Auditing/Proofreading

  • Pre-audit contracts that are initiated by Clients to commence a business relationship with The MJW Group.

  • Assist The MJW Group in auditing Customers' operations and infrastructure for establishing Business Best Practices.

  • Create and Assist in the documentation of Customers' Current State of business.

  • Create and Assist in the documentation of Customers' Future State of business.

  • Audit printed product offerings for content, proofreading, and brand messaging.

  • Proofread generated content for supporting Company/Customer reports, Projects, and standards of work.

  • Function as a proofreader and fact checker for the following:

    • E-Books

    • Emails

    • Workbooks

    • E-Courses/Online Webinars

    • Video (Outlines)

    • Digital Downloads

    • Newsletters/Blog posts

    • Speaker & Team Bios

    • PowerPoint, Excel, Word & PDF Documents

    • All Applications (ClickUp, Dubsado, Slack, iGrafx, Google Workspace)

    • Process Mappings

    • Transcription of Word and PDF Documents (from AI application)

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree
